The Baby's First Year Story

A complete visual archive of your baby’s first trip around the sun.

Investment: £1200

Includes: 5 sessions in total.

Newborn Kickoff: 1.5–2 hours (80+ images).

The Milestones: Four 1-hour sessions spread throughout the year (full gallery of 60+ images per each session).

A different approach to birth photography

The 'Last Minute' Birth Project

Most birth photographers charge high premiums for 24/7 "on-call" availability for an entire month. For many families, that cost is prohibitive. I want to offer a different path for the parents who thought they had to give up on the idea of having their birth documented.

The Concept: I offer a limited number of home birth sessions per year at 50% of the standard industry fee.

The Investment: £1200

The Coverage: From the moment I arrive, through the birth, and for 60 minutes after your baby is earthside.

The Catch: Because I am a mom of four, I cannot guarantee 100% availability. You call me when you’re in labor, and if I can be there, I will be.

The Safety Net: If I cannot make it to your birth, you receive a full refund or the option to swap your credit for The First Year Story package (Value £1200) instead.

STEP 01

STEP 02

 

Call or meet up

A remote planning consultation (call or a video chat), or a meet up in person if you're local to Beckenham. Here we discuss all the details of the package of your choice and the upcoming session.

STEP 03

 

Sign the digital contract

and pay the retainer

Sign the standard photography agreement and transfer the deposit to secure your spot on the calendar. To keep the focus on the storytelling during our time together, I require a 50% retainer to secure your date, with the final balance due 7 days before our session.


In case of my "call and see" birth photography model, you have a safety net. In case the stars don't align you can receive your full deposit back, or get the credit for

the Baby's First Year package instead.

STEP 04

Pay the Remaining Balance (Before the Shoot)

 

Full payment is due 7 days prior to our session date. This ensures that once the shoot is over, all you have to do is sit back and wait for your film stills to arrive in your inbox.

STEP 05

We choose a convenient day* where I follow you and your family as you go on with your daily activities. For the best results, let the kids be free and as wild as they want to. For pregnancy sessions, I might guide you more to get you to look gorgeous.


In case of an occasional limited offer of the "Mini Documentary Sessions, I release a few time slots on specific dates, they fill out quickly so this option is less flexible.  

STEP 06

Delivering photos

3-4 weeks after the shoot you will received a link to access a secure online gallery*. This will include all the images and their black and white duplicates.  You can choose the amount included in your package (the The Mini Documentary package offered occasionally has only 5 images included). Many packages include the whole gallery but even with the Mini Documentary package, you can always upgrade to the full gallery or purchase more individual images.  


*Some photos can be delivered in person.
